Shrimp Peel and Eat

24 fresh and tender shrimp served on ice with special Cocktail Sauce.

Rib Ends

Char-broiled in Bette's Special Sauce - It's the appetizer to end all appetizers!

Mushroom Bowl

Tender mushrooms sautéed in a delicious Brown Sauce and served in a bread bowl.

Beef Strip on a Stick

Strips of beef marinated in Teriyaki Sauce, skewered and served with relishes.

Calamari (Fridays only)

Specially prepared strips, breaded and fried, served with Tartar Sauce and lemon.

Most of our dinners include your choice of: Our Homemade soup or garden-fresh salad with house dressing. In addition to Bette's world-famous pesto or a fluffy baked potato.

Mesquite-Roasted Chicken

We slow roast a 1/2 chicken in our special mesquite ovens until it's tender & juicy, then char-broil it to order with Bette's Famous BBQ sauce. It's delicious!

All right, so you're like a lot of us who just can't decide between those fantastic RIBS or that delicious CHICKEN. So, why decide? Just order both in this terrific combo!

J.T.'s Steamers (21-25 steamed clams)

We import the FINEST Fresh Clams from Port Townsend, Washington each week, so supplies and availability are limited. If you like clams, you will LOVE out steamers! For an additional charge, we will serve them to you in a Fresh Genova Bread Bowl.

The BEST STEAK IN TOWN

Almost a full pound of the finest hand-trimmed New York Loin this side of ANYWHERE! We char-broil it to perfection and serve it at the temperature of your choice (Of course you understand that we cannot be responsible for the appearence or tenderness of a "well done" steak).
For a real treat, we can serve your steak smothered in Sauteed Mushrooms.
Or, we can also serve it in our special sauteed green peppercorn sauce.

Fettuccini Alberto

Any pasta-lover will enjoy this fresh pasta dish, blended in our custom cream sauce.

Pesto Dinner

A terrific blending of fresh pasta and Bette's world-famous Basil and Garlic Sauce (Also available with a terrific red sauce for you "traditionalists" out there).

Salmon

Charbroiled with lemon, garlic, white wine sauce.
